Get ready to target your whole body during a 30 minute Post Natal specific Cardio and Resistance Interval training workout all done whilst you wear your baby!

The emphasis is on the word WORKOUT so come prepared - you can discover more about our sessions at

What you need to bring:

You and your baby. A sling or carrier of your choosing. Our teachers are all babywearing peer supporters so don't worry if you need a hand getting organised! Bring water and as much energy as you can muster!

Arrive nice an early so we can get you and your baby happy and comfortable and you have time to feed your baby if required prior to class starting!
