The science of sleep

Creating a solid routine for your baby

Napping

Creating the optimal sleep environment

Understanding sleep cycles

The 4 month sleep regression & how to cope

How and when to move baby to their own room

Q&A

The webinar will last one hour and will be small groups (no more than 8 mamas) as I want to keep it really intimate and informal. Pregnant mamas are welcome, babies are also welcome.

They will take place over zoom and you will be emailed on the day with the zoom link.
