Wrigglers is perfect for babies from 20 weeks until they are crawling.
We enjoy lots of stretchy baby yoga all with songs and rhymes. Each class has a That's Not My...... theme with something to explore and sensory play for our babies to try out.
Everything is carefully designed to help your baby towards their next milestones and you'll learn lots about baby development as well as leave each week with ideas for things you can try at home.
Mums are not forgotten in this class as we also make time for some postnatal yoga. Not mum but bringing baby? You are welcome too and you can join us for some gentle stretches.
Classes book in 6 week terms usually in school term time, £60 per 6 week term.
