Description
FAMILY - this session is perfect for families with children a range of ages and childminders. It is an engaging blend of our Baby Story Play and Early Years Drama sessions.
STORY - there's lots of multi-sensory fun for the little ones and opportunities for the bigger ones to take the leader and add their own creativity and knowledge to the story.
PLAY - our story is accompanied and complimented through age appropriate craft activities that link to the story and help to engage children in the topic in a completely different way.
Plus... there is a toybox for free play opportunities as well as hot & cold refreshments for the grown-ups.

"Blue Daisy finds her Brave" - Daisy doesn’t know what to do; Daisy is feeling sad and blue…..
We meet Daisy on a big day as she experiences lots of difficult feelings, anticipating the arrival of her new baby sister. We learn that sharing how we are feeling is helpful and could help us feel better when we are sad. Daisy “finds her brave” as she discovers that something new doesn’t mean it’s not good!

Some adults and children find talking about feelings scary and uncomfortable sometimes. Some children find it easier to express themselves through arts and crafts and so we're going to do that too! Our colourful, self-awareness flowers will help your child focus on the things that make hem unique and special. This is a perfect craft for character development.
If you sometime worry about things, you make like to make your own Worry Monster. Worry Monsters are great as they read your worries and then munch them and make them disappear, so your child doesn't need to worry about them anymore.

Booking info & prices
All places must be pre-booked to ensure that we are within safe capacity for each venue. Prices are listed per child. There will be an extra charge for the Holiday Special Sessions. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times. Debutots Portsmouth does not accept any responsibility for the safety of individual children. The safety of our all our attendees is of the upmost importance to Debutots Portsmouth. All groups have been fully risk assessed and safety protocols put in place. Hand sanitiser will be available at all venues. There are no shared resources between different age groups or venues. All resources are thoroughly cleaned and left in quarantine until the next session.
