Using a mixture of bodyweight & resistance training, this class is designed to improve functionality by building Core & Upper body strength.

Having strong Core & Upper body strength is important to support the prevention of back problems, poor posture & muscular overcompensation, which can commonly happen during and after pregnancy.

Focusing on these areas will allow the body to work in its optimum form & be less prone to injury. Let's face it, becoming a new parent isn't easy on the body, suddenly you're picking up & carrying around an ever growing weight for what seems like 23 out of 24hrs in the day. Ducking & driving to prevent accidents, slips & spills every 2 seconds & not having the necessary body strength doesn't make these actions any easier!
