This is a 4 week class that is safe from birth. There are tiny movements and breathing patterns that support these early postnatal period, help healing and reconnection. Supporting your body adjust from being pregnant to post natal. Past clients "such small movements but it feels so good in my body", "These movement hit just the right spot". You can sign up for 4 classes, and I send you recordings of the sessions so if you miss the class or you can't take part in the whole class you have it to use when you are ready. Join this class from any point after birth, some women come at 3 weeks (or earlier if interested) to 3 months - there is not right time to do these fundamental, reconnecting movements.
This is a very relaxed class, make sure you are comfortable, you have cushions near by - optional - blanket, yoga blocks (or a book), a large scarf if you have one, chair to sit on. Make sure you have some water around you.
