This class is a mix of postnatal recovery/rehabilitation and movement and songs for the babies, ideal from 6 weeks post natal or 10 weeks post natal cesarean birth. You ease out tight bites, strengthen loose bits and gain greater knowledge of your changing body.
This is a class for Mum and babies from 2/3 months postnatal. After each session you recieve the recording plus an email with further resuorce to see you through the next week. We aim to ease tight shoulders, neck, aching lower backs and move the body in all directions, focusing on pelvic floor and core connection as well as integrating movement and songs with the babies. And always a relaxation at the end! The class is open to all, we work on all postnatal challenges so do contact me if you have anything specific you would like to work on and I will be able to advice if the class is right for you.
