A relax pregnancy yoga class, As your body changes and adjust to growing your baby, we work on building strength in the muscles that support you and ease out the muscles that tend to get tight, aiming to eliminate aches and pain. As well as the physical aspects, we work on breath and mindfulness practices that help through pregnancy and birth, we talk through labour and birth and repeat all the tools that can help support what ever birth you have. Birth prep, pregnancy support and breath work that last through pregnancy, birth and life as a new mum. I wish I had the tools I now teach when I was birthing my children.

If possible have cushions, blankets, a mat if you have one, a yoga block (or 1 or 2) books instead near by, if you don't have any of that please don't worry join in anyway Have some water close by.
