Description
Our classes contain postures that parent and baby can share together, as well as nursery rhymes which accompany yoga postures. As with all Everybody Yoga classes, this class contains mindfulness and meditation elements, to aid inner calm. We aim to help provide much needed ‘me time’ allowing parents to indulge in a bit of self-care, during this very special and often demanding time of the early days of parenthood.
