Baby yoga helps to stimulate and stretch the body in order to help the body to relax, the physical stimulation helps strengthen the spine, develop supple joints and enliven the body's systems.
The classes offer a combination of touching, stroking, handling and movement and brings about a multisensory stimulation and helps move your baby on from reflex motions the voluntary movements. Most of all Baby Yoga is about having fun with your baby.
