Bring Your Baby
This class is held outdoors in the park through all weathers, and babies come too.
This class includes power walking with buggies, fun team games, relays and circuit style exercises using exercise bands as resistance to work the whole body. It ends with Core condition work consisting of abdominal, back and pelvic floor exercises.
Bring a mat or picnic rug and your little one in their buggy and please dress appropriately for weather!
NB: You must have had your 6 weeks check-up to attend.
Contact provider for availability. Before your first session please arrive a few minutes early to complete a health form and to have a chat before we start. When attending an exercise session wear loose comfortable clothes, trainers and a good supportive bra. Postnatal Ladies: it is best to feed your baby before the session starts. However if you need to stop to feed or comfort your little one, that is absolutely fine. Please bring water and a mat / picnic blanket for floor work.
