Bring Your Baby
The class consists of a low impact aerobic warm up, followed by upper and lower body conditioning exercises, often using resistance bands and balls.
It also includes Pilates Matwork exercises to promote good posture and strengthen your core stability and ends with a relaxing stretch. Babies come too, so no need for childcare.
NB: You must have had your 6-week check-up. This class is suitable for pre-crawling babies ONLY.
Contact provider for availability. Before your first session please arrive a few minutes early to complete a health form and to have a chat before we start. When attending an exercise session wear loose comfortable clothes, trainers and a good supportive bra. Postnatal Ladies: it is best to feed your baby before the session starts. However if you need to stop to feed or comfort your little one, that is absolutely fine. Please bring water and a mat / picnic blanket for floor work.
