For Due Dates June, July & August
This course offers everything you need to know about birth & newborn babycare. A 5 week course offering 10 hours of education and opportunity to meet new couples. A relaxed & down to earth couples course, supporting you to have a positive birth experience. You will learn the physiology of birth and practical birth techniques. Pain relief options, variations of birth including C-Sections, how your partner can support you, newborn babycare & infant feeding options. It prepares you to make informed choices on birth that are right for you. This course will allow you to feel prepared for your birth and early days with baby.
*Class Guarantee – If a lockdown occurs or if this class is unable to be face to face due to COVID-19 restrictions, this course will go ahead online as a Zoom course.
