Description
A 4 week course offering an insight into the benefits of tummy time and how this play position can support the development of your baby from birth up to 6 months old. Suitable for mums in their final trimester, and babies from birth, the classes will cover the benefits of Tummy Time for a baby's development as well as learning a variety of Paediatric Occupational Therapy Approved Tummy Time activities, with minimal props at home.
All participants will also receive further handouts outlining the benefits of Tummy Time, some guidance on positions and a log that can be used for future reference.
All workshops take place using the online platform Zoom - you will be given the meeting code and password to connect once payment has been received along with a completed registration form.
