Description
The 6-week course is designed to help equip parents with the skills to help calm, soothe and bond with baby through gentle, nurturing touch and is led by a fully qualified IAIM Infant Massage instructor. More information on IAIM can be found here: http://www.iaim.org.uk/
Each weekly class is 75 minutes long, and week-by-week teaches parents the strokes which incorporate influences from Indian and Swedish massage technique, reflexology and yoga. Massaging your baby can aid relief from discomfort such as teething, growing pains and colic symptoms, has been used to boost immune systems and provides dedicated one-on-one time to help with bonding and emotional issues.
The 6th session is a free trial of our Baby Lab sensory classes. These classes are dedicated to pre-mobile babies and are designed to introduce new sights, sounds and sensory experiences for 0-10 month olds. The class introduces a variety of ways to stimulate very young babies through sensory play.
