This course is 5 weeks long- and we will always offer you a free Baby Bells class after the course.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT HAVE A PASSWORD AND IS AVAILABLE TO BOOK FROM 23RD MARCH 8PM.
If little one is older than 12 weeks then this is ok. Babies can do baby massage until they are older, however the setting of this course is to meet new parents, and to be able to gain support and time in those early weeks post partum.

Our beautiful First Weeks course is designed for babies from birth to 12 weeks approximately (older babies are very welcome) and is only delivered by our qualified Baby Massage teachers.

The unique 5 session course is the ideal introduction to your baby, with beautiful soundtracks designed to soothe and relax. Covering baby massage and calming rhythm walks, you will learn relaxed holds and how to read and observe your baby’s cues, cries, reflexes and behavioural states.

What’s more, we support new connections and friendships within session opportunities to socialise and a supportive WhatsApp group.
At the end of each session please join us for a drink and biscuit in the hall.
