All parents/carers should be prepared for choking incidents and this workshop will support you to feel able and confident to deal with an incident if it occurs.

Introducing solid foods to your baby is an exciting time. It means your baby is ready for the next stage on their feeding journey. From my experience of working with families and as a Qualified First Aid Instructor, I have found that parents can be particularly nervous about their babies choking when starting weaning. This workshop focuses on the prevention, sign, symptoms and the treatment of Choking in clear and easy to understand steps.

The hour-long workshop runs on a regular basis on a Wednesday from 12.30-1.30pm (as this is when many babies nap) but I am flexible with times and can negotiate.
The cost is £10 per person.

I am also happy to organise group sessions at other times, so please email me to find out more information regarding dates.

I will also send handouts and video links to support you in the future following the workshop.
