Description
Welcome to our village, an inclusive perinatal peer support community!
Our free weekly postnatal meet-ups are held every Tuesday from 10.15am to 12pm. It's a restorative space for you and your baby to meet other local families, practice building your breast/chest/bottle feeding confidence, and explore a calm, mindful relationship with your little one, and more importantly, yourself.
We kick-off each session with some breathwork and mindfulness, and then a sharing circle where you are welcome to share as much or as little as you please. It is a safe and open space for you to reconnect with yourself, and help nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Summer meet-ups are held in Crystal Palace Park (near the Brown & Green Life cafe), and when the weather turns, we head indoors to St Hugh's Community Centre in Anerley. Book your free spot via Happity, or get in touch to be added to our waitlist.

Tickets for our weekly mum and baby meet-ups are free but must be booked in advance. Courses/workshops/special events with guest practitioners may be charged at a set rate, unless specified otherwise. It Takes A Village, Crystal Palace is entirely not for profit and powered by wonderful volunteers. Donations to help cover any venue costs and refreshments are gratefully received. All proceeds go straight back to ITAV to help us continue supporting families in our community.
