Description
On our course you will learn massage stokes for each part of the body, a short colic routine, touch relaxation, what massage oils to use, the importance of good positioning and how to adapt the strokes for your baby's individual needs and the growing child.
Group classes usually last from 60 to 90 minutes and generally take place once a week for five consecutive weeks. Please check the details with your local instructor.
