NB: This event only allows drop-ins if there is space available. Advance bookings are preferred.
Safe and effective workouts in the park. This is a great way to socialise with other mums, work up a sweat and get some fresh air with baby or toddler in toe! Suitable during pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-delivery (provided you’ve been given the all clear from your GP or midwife). We use low impact exercises working on strengthening the pelvic floor, activating your core and making you stronger from the inside out.
Please wear a good pair of trainers and a supportive bra. Please bring water and a mat or picnic blanket for exercises on the grass.
Fill in a health questionnaire and make a booking via the website. Missed classes are non-refundable, but we will try to offer you a space in another class if possible.
