Description
A fun class with some gentle stretches and yoga inspired poses for parents/carers and babies to enjoy together. These are mixed with songs and rhymes plus some relaxation, breathing techniques and sensory play. There is lots of interaction with your baby which helps promote bonding plus an opportunity to socialise and interact with other parents and babies.
Book a class PAYG or the 6 week block for a discounted rate.
