Description
Our LEVEL 1 FOUNDATION courses are suitable for babies up to the age of 12 months.
We teach our renowned baby water safety programme devised by baby swim pioneer and Director of Little Dippers' Lauren Heston.
Classes last 30 mins and take place in our lovely new warm water private pool heated to a balmy 34C and equipped with aqua sensory lighting to create a calm and nurturing environment for parent and baby, while special UV filters allow for lower chlorine levels which is kinder to babies' skin and eyes.
As one of the first activities you can do with your baby swimming is great for building their heart, lung and muscle strength while the repetition of songs and commands helps develop their cognitive skills. It is also a lovely opportunity to have some special one to one bonding time with your baby with skin to skin contact.
