Pilates can help your body to recover quicker after pregnancy by strengthening and toning your core abdominal muscles & pelvic floor. Classes will also release your achey back and shoulders, improve your posture and give you some precious 'me time' while you work out with your baby. The classes are also a great way to get to chat with other mums and make new friends. Enjoy a workout where baby can join in (or sleep or play next to you!) and leave feeling stronger, more flexible and more active.
