Description
We meet at the same time for 5 consecutive weeks this allows us to practice together in a community which, in itself, is a powerful way to feel connected rather than isolated.
Resources will be posted or emailed to you. I will suggest easily available oils you can use or if you are local to Elmbridge I am happy to deliver a bottle of organic massage oil to you.
Microphones & Cameras should be on, though maybe muted at times during the session. For the best lighting avoid sitting with your back to a window but try to use a well-lit room.
