Mama & Me Fitness is a group exercise class designed for pregnant & post-natal mums. Workouts are safe, effective and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Babies and small children are welcome, so no need to arrange childcare.
COVID -19 safe environment - Reduced class sizes to maintain social distancing, thorough cleaning procedures & and no equipment shared.
All workouts are available to view for up to 48hrs, so you can take part at a time that suits you.
