Description
classes are taught at a faster pace keeping your child stimulated. This class is as much about the adults having fun as it is for the child, with songs & rhymes toddler yoga classes are very educational, delivered in such a fun way making learning easy. Classes focus on sharing and turn-taking with focus on speech, language, and development. Everyone benefits from breathing and relaxation techniques with lots of snuggles and cuddles.
