Reintroduce your body to movement and exercise to help support your post natal recovery. We teach a dynamic and restorative style of yoga that is tailored to helping you regain your body’s strength and tone whilst releasing built up tension. Join this class when your doctor has given you the green light to exercise and when your baby is 8 weeks or from 12 weeks after a caesarean birth
