THE LITTLE WELLBEING CIRCLE

Beyond Birth Wellbeing sessions offer parents and families a safe space to come together to talk about their experiences of parenthood, share tips and stories of what has been supportive to them, whilst having an opportunity to learn new and additional skills to look after their emotional and mental wellbeing.

Session run for 6 weeks, where you get to explore different themes that will support you to navigate your parenting journey, whilst having the opportunity to form new friendships and support network.

In these sessions mindfulness, relaxation exercises, journaling and group discussions will take place. You do not need to have experience in any of these to join the sessions, as Emma will guide you through the sessions.
You are invited to join these sessions on your own, with your baby/toddle, or with a friend or family member.

These sessions are open to all; mothers, fathers, non-birthing partners, grandparents, older siblings, or friends- anyone who is supporting you on this new journey. These sessions have been created to support the whole family no matter who you are.

A gift bag will be given out in the first week. A hard copy of the Beyond Birth book can be purchased before or during these sessions either through Emma or via Amazon

Emma is a mum to a 2yr old boy and French Bull Dog called Ronnie. Emma loves being out in nature and brings nature and comfort into all of her sessions.
