Description

Dance fitness fun you can bring the little one to. We'll be doing easy to follow dance fitness routines, sneaky strength moves and cardio based fun.. we will get a sweat on and enjoy exercise to some fab pop hits.

(Little ones of any age are welcome but not compulsory, buggies/blankets welcome plus we will have a blanket/toy area set up.
