LushTums trained, Cat's classes focus on well-being for mum and baby through appropriate movement keeping you fit, strong & flexible and relaxation & breathing techniques for you take through to birth and beyond. The aim is to leave you floating out the class ready for a peaceful nights sleep.
Pregnancy yoga is a great way to prepare mentally and physically for birth, connect with your babies and meet other mum's in the area.
Everyone is welcome to my Pregnancy Yoga Classes, however, if you are new to yoga or exercise it is preferable you wait until you are 15 weeks.

Grab a mat (or towel), blanket, block (or book) and ensure you are in a comfortable space where you can turn down harsh lighting and listen to music.

PLEASE NOTE: all new joiners will need to fill out a New Starter form and send it back before starting class, so I can gain an understanding of your pregnancy so far. You must be over 15 weeks pregnant to start my classes - feel free to message me to discuss.
