This activity is usually led by Antoinette, a qualified yoga teacher. She has taught adults and children over the past 13 years in gyms, schools and private spaces and currently leads a weekly online yoga class for adults.

Yoga & Meditation for Parents and Toddlers is a Green led activity to encourage mindfulness, physical activity and give parents tools and skills to take away. There will be a selection of postures, singing (including mantras), dancing, breathing exercises, storytelling, and relaxation. The class will be quite fluid and will flow according to the age and ability of the children. Parents and toddlers can expect to have fun during the session and leave with some tools to support wellbeing.
