Spring into action in April with yoga for your baby (and a little for you) on Friday mornings in Greenwich.
Classes are suitable for babies after their 6-8 week check, up until around the time they begin to crawl. Dads are welcome too!
Baby yoga is an excellent activity for bonding, physical and neurological development. Babies who take part in baby yoga - like baby massage - often hit physical development milestones earlier than those who do not.
Baby yoga is great for encouraging body awareness, building muscle strength and increasing motor control.
Maximum 5 parents per class, socially distanced (bring your own mat, though I have a small number available to borrow).
Your yoga teacher: Lara is a yogi, primary school teacher and former infant development researcher, having worked in London baby labs for over six years. She now links her background in psychology with the mind and body benefits of yoga from birth to adulthood.
