Pachamama is hosting a child-friendly, three part pop up series focused on the postnatal needs of modern motherhood. We're bringing childcare, health & fitness classes, access to experts, and the opportunity to meet other mothers, together under one roof. Crying babies are absolutely welcome.

09:00-10:00 STRONG (PRENATAL) MUM WITH LISA MICHELLE PRICE
Starting with low impact, high intensity intervals to get the heart rate up, before moving onto body-weight strength and conditioning, this session will focus on functional moves that are essential to mum life. Lisa will share safe prenatal exercises to make you the strongest mum you can be both inside and out, building not only physical strength and fitness but also mental. You can expect plenty of sweat and happy hormones! Suitable for prenatal Mamas only.
10:30-11:30: YOGA FLOW WITH GOLNAZ MALEKI
In this session, you will work your body and breath together to create a moving meditation. Golnaz will lead you through a flow that will help nourish the soul and invigorate the body, building flexibility, strength and ultimately an inner stillness. Suitable for both pre and postnatal Mamas.
12:00:-13:00: BODY WEIGHT BUILD UP WITH MAYA SAFFRON
Join Maya for a session that will help you kickstart your fitness. If you’ve been out of action for a while, or even just the last trimester, this class will make you move, sweat and get your heart rate up. All fitness levels welcome. This class is primarily postnatally focused; however, if you are pregnant and have been active throughout your pregnancy you might be able to join. 10:00-10:45: LET’S TALK: PELVIC FLOOR WITH JENNY CONSTABLE, WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIO, SIX PHYSIO
1 in 3 women will report some stress urinary incontinence postnatally, this talk will focus on the What, where, how and why it’s important to do your exercises to help avoid such situations as leaking and prolapse.
11:00-11:45: GUT HEALTH WITH JESSICA UFFINDELL, CNC NUTRITION
A self-confessed ‘foodie’, Jessica has spent the past five years providing fitness and nutrition coaching with Kenzai (Kenzai.com) and the past two years providing specialist nutrition care for people with specific health problems with CNC Nutrition. In this talk, Jess will share her expertise on nutrition for breast feeding and baby weaning as well as gut health tips and nutrition for postpartum recovery.
13:00-13:45: ASK THE MIDWIFE WITH EMILY PULLAN
Pregnancy and childbirth can be a minefield! So many books, forums, blogs, friends, parents, the list goes on…all offering different advice and sometimes sharing stories which you may not necessarily want to hear! Well now is your chance to ask NHS Midwife Emily Pullan anything you want, time to bust those myths. No question is too ridiculous or embarrassing!
14:00-14:45: FAMILY SLEEP COACHING WITH DAWN GREY, FOUNDER, DAWN GREY NEW BORN CONSULTING
