Description
Pelvic floor and Transverse muscles are all deeply toned without strain. Pelvic stability, back & joint pain, diastasis, c/section recovery are all addressed by highly experienced senior British Wheel of Yoga teacher, with over 30 years teaching experience and expertise in support women with yoga throughout all their life’s cycles. Babies enjoy their passive stretches, which are accompanied by rhymes & songs. These small, friendly, supportive classes are also a great way of linking up with other local new mums.
