Bring Your Baby
This class will focus on strengthening, bringing awarenes back to key muscle groups and opening up the whole body.
Also, a chance to meet and connect to fellow mamas and babes!
This class is appropriate for post-natal mamas 6 weeks post partum. If you’ve had a caesarean section or a challenging birth, it’s advised more of an 8-10 week period post partum. You will need to get permission from your doctor or midwife before starting exercise again. Please email me if you are unsure about anything and we can have a chat.

Babies will be not used as weights or in any of the movement sequences taught in this class.
This class is appropriate for babies up to crawling.
