NB: This event only allows drop-ins if there is space available. Advance bookings are preferred.
Take some time for yourself to strengthen and stretch your body. Fun session for new mums to help post-natal recovery.
Your baby can play beside you or sleep in their buggy whilst you exercise. This class will help to:
- strengthen your pelvic floor
- heal diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- tone and stretch your body
- correct post-pregnancy muscle imbalances
All levels welcome, but you must have had your 6 week postnatal check to join (12 weeks for C-Section) .
