She's highly qualified and experienced having taught many women through their pregnancies and post natal. Julia is the Founder of workplace fitness business Exercise in the City. She recently had her first baby in December 2017 and wanted to set up a fun, results driven Pilates class to give other new mums an hour to focus on themselves, their body and to help their post natal recovery.

- There is a one way system to enter and leave the class. Enter via the main doors at Caxton House, and leave via the fire exit door situated by the female toilets.
- I'll be taking temperatures at the start of the class with a non contact thermometer  - There are markings on the Hall floor to ensure social distancing through the class. Each mat will be at least 2m apart. - We advise you bring your own mat, however cleaned mats will be provided if you don't have one.   - Please wear masks upon arrival and in all communal areas.
