We are delighted to be offering in person classes all through lockdown and out! These classes have been running for 5 years mostly via word of mouth. The class is for the Mums and the babies come along for the ride and we have lots of laughs and you meet lovely local Mums too. You get to work out and do something for you, but not worry about childcare or leaving your baby at this special time.
This is the perfect postnatal rehabilitation to get your strength back after pregnancy. This fabulous Pilates fusion class will work on strengthening not only your core, but your whole body. We will work to tone, mobilise, improve posture and balance, reduce back pain, get a sweat on and leave you feeling amazing after each class.
Please get in touch once booked to receive your health form which needs to be completed and you will require a Fitness Mad band medium (or similar), small 8 inch Pilates ball (we recommend Bender Ball) and a mat - please contact Sophie if you do not have these, or you can buy directly on Amazon - please check delivery times.
You must be 6 weeks pp (8 weeks for section labours) and have been signed off by a health practitioner before starting.
