Each class works through mobilisations and releases to warm up muscles and joints and low/high impact cardio exercises to increase the heart rate and burn fat. The use of Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Pilates Balls and Resistance Bands help to improve the strength of the pelvic floor, the core and whole-body balance. The class is delivered in a circuit format to provide diversity. Cool down session at the end. Pls arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first session.
