Bring Your Baby
This is a class for you, the mums. It's designed to help reintroduce movement and strengthening to your body in a safe and supportive way. I have done extensive training in postnatal wellness so you can be sure and get the attention you need. We will focus on rebuilding your core strength, moving mindfully and releasing all that new mama tension. The class is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery and anytime after that. After the class has finished feel free to stick around for chats with midwives/doulas/breastfeeding support/baby wearing experts, please see my social media sites for information on the topic for the week.
This is a class for all postnatal mums (as long as you are a minimum 6 weeks post delivery and have been given the okay to exercise from your GP/midwife etc) It will be live streamed using Zoom. If you are watching on a laptop/desktop please click the Zoom link to join the class.
