Our classes help women to recover from birth, regaining their core and pelvic floor strength whilst strengthening and toning the rest of their bodies. This helps women to feel fantastic adn avoid aches, pains and injuries associated with having a new baby. We offer comprehensive self-guided courses as well as live and on-demand classes.

The perfect place to start regaining your strength post partum with other mums. Strengthen your core and pelvic floor, tone up and feel great in yourself.

Suitable for new mums as early as 8 weeks post partum but it is essential to complete a health questionnaire in advance to ensure you are ready. Options are given to suit all abilities and levels and you can bring your non-moving baby with you.

All mats and equipment provided and why not join us in the cafe before or after your class to meet other new mums?
