At Seeds to Sunshine it is not only about learning the strokes. It is about providing the space and time for you to connect with your baby and build up a loving, nurturing bond, laying the foundations for a child who is caring and empathic to grow happily from their safe and secure base.
In this 5 week Baby Massage beginners course you will be guided through strokes and techniques to give your baby a wonderful full body massage. Each week a new body part will be introduced and routines taught to songs to make it much easier to remember when you are at home and enjoyable for both you and your baby. The strokes will be recapped each week and handouts provided in case you miss anything.
The classes are full of variety incorporating fun dance warm ups for parents, art/craft and messy play activities and a time for refreshments and a chance to get to know other local parents.
A welcome gift bag is included which contains a baby safe massage oil and surprises for both parent and baby.
Suitable for babies 8 weeks -Crawling and young SEN children
