Description
6 week Baby Yoga courses are exercise classes designed to stretch and move your baby in beneficial ways. It is a fun class with songs and rhymes, massage, sensory play and we finish with some relaxation techniques that will leave both you and baby feeling refreshed, more positive and happy.
Please note, it is not a mother and baby yoga class. It is a brilliant follow one class from baby massage although you do not need to have attended a baby massage course to do this course.
