This class is a mix of energising yoga to create the strength you need to feel ready for birth and the postnatal period, breath work to keep you grounded and balanced, vital rest to allow your body to keep weaving its magic and relaxation techniques for pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy yoga is a magical way to connect with your baby and your powerful, creative body. These classes are suitable after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
