This activity is usually led by I am a women’s health and fitness expert, specialising in pregnancy and postnatal. I have 2 children myself and have been teaching pre/postnatal women for 7 years.

NB: This event only allows drop-ins if there is space available. Advance bookings are preferred.
Classes are 45 minutes and are focussed on pre/postnatal.
I will be giving adaptions for those who are either further along their postnatal journey or are just wanting a friendly class to join in with.
Hand weights and resistance bands will be used but not essential.
We start with a cardio based workout followed by legs and bums strengthening and ending with core, abs and pelvic floor.
The class will be done via zoom and a link will be sent to your email address provided before the session begins.
Water will be essential.
You may also want to use an exercise mat.
