NB: This event only allows drop-ins if there is space available. Advance bookings are preferred.
30m High-Intensity Class with a variety of interval training such as:
30sec work with 10sec break
45sec work with 15 sec break
1m work with 30sec break
Expect the traditional, sprints, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, planks, burpees and so much more.
Recommended for attendees in good health. If you have medical conditions please contact the trainer before enrolling. This is a high-intensity class.
