THE WONDERFUL CALM

The wonderful calm infant massage course runs for one hour each week over a four-week period, focusing on infant massage techniques.

The course is a group course which will introduce you to the benefits of Infant Massage. Each week staring with a relaxation routine, followed by massage strokes to help with a specific area of focus such as better digestion, congestion relief, muscle strengthening and teething relief.

The positive touch use through infant massage aids better communication, attachment, bonding and sleep.

The class starts at 11am and ends at 12noon. There is 30mins at the end of the class where attendees can relax and enjoy a complimentary refreshment with fellow group members.

Week 1: During the first week strokes will be learnt to help with improving infant digestion.

Week 2: Focus will be on helping to clear sinus' and the chest area to facilitate deeper breathing and congestion relief.

Week 3: Highlights massage techniques aimed at muscle strengthen to help support tummy time, rolling, sitting and walking.

Week 4: Aims to provide techniques to alleviate teething discomfort.

Each course that is booked you will receive a complimentary goody bag, massage oil sample bottle (coconut or grapeseed oil), a massage stroke leaflet with strokes learnt in the class and a certificate.

This course is ideal for baby's from 6 weeks to pre crawling.
