Description
Calmer story includes a parent to child, child to child or child to teddy over cloths back massage using a story and nursery rhyme. We learn basic strokes and our imagination when we creat our own stroy for the massage. We learn calming breathing exercices and mantra massage. We always finish the session with a SENsory part each time with a different one.
The session has lot of benefits for both parent and children.
