A friendly relaxed yoga class for all pregnant women. Yoga helps us to enjoy pregnancy with minimal discomfort from all the associated aches and pains and with regular practice it ultimately has such a positive effect, preparing you both physically and mentally for birth.

Its also a good opportunity to meet other mothers with similar due dates.

As mothers its beneficial to keep our bodies and minds strong for childbirth and caring for our babies once they are here.

In pregnancy yoga we learn various sequences and techniques to draw from to help us achieve our best possible birthing experience covering optimal foetal positioning, breath & pain management techniques, birthing positions and movements to aid focus and relaxation.

Toni is a mother and senior yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2012, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and vinyasa yoga.

Toni is a Tutor on the 200hr Yogarise Teacher Training - 2019, 2020, 2021 and a specialist in pre and postnatal corrective exercise.

This class is practiced in an SE23 covered Garden & Studio with underfloor heating dependant upon the weather.

These classes are for all levels and abilities and from 12 weeks of pregnancy onward.
In this class we minimise aches and pains by stretching and strengthening certain muscle groups, we also include birthing skills and pain management techniques for labour.
It's a great way to meet other local mothers, make new friendships, to stay calm and confident throughout our pregnancies and prepared for birthing our babies.

If you'd like to talk to Toni about anything before class she'd love to hear from you.
We adhere to up to date social distancing guidelines and I ask students to bring their own yoga mat to place on mine.
Other props are provided and cleaned with the studio thoroughly after use.
Hand sanitiser is provided.
