This activity is usually led by Jenni is an experienced yoga and massage instructor and has been teaching baby massage and yoga for over 3 years now. She has trained with birthlight and yoga campus and holds a current DBS check, and all the relevant insurances. She has 2 children and both have attended classes with her.
Transcend studios miles
The studio has a small car park and on road parking available. The is an on-site cafe available for takeaway drinks. The studio is based inside an old mill so is advisable to bring baby in a car seat or carrier, as there is no ramp. However if you do have a pram we will assist you in bringing it up the steps! If you have you own yoga mat please bring it with you!

Baby Massage class suitable from a 6 weeks until mobile.
Baby Massage is a great way to connect and bond with your baby, through soft touch & gentle stretching. During this class we connect massage with music & rhyme to increase physical & mental development.

Aids digestions, relaxation techniques, promotes better sleep, improved bodily systems, stimulates the lymphatic system, increased mental and physical development, creates bond between baby and parent.

Please note massage should be avoided for 48 hours post vaccinations.
Parents are to bring their own massage oil and towel for baby
Please bring a towel and massage oil.
